Job summary

As Section Director, you will provide senior leadership for the clinical, academic, operational, and strategic direction of the General Cardiology program, guiding education, research, and multidisciplinary collaboration across the cardiovascular enterprise.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in cardiology.
• Completed a US-accredited Cardiovascular Medicine fellowship.
• Minimum 5–10 years of clinical cardiology experience; Ohio license eligible.
• Eligible for an academic appointment at The Ohio State University.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Section Director of General Cardiology and oversee clinical, academic, operational, and strategic activities.
• Advance high-quality patient care, faculty development, education, research, program growth, and collaboration across the cardiovascular enterprise.
• Coordinate across the Ross Heart Hospital and OSU Wexner Medical Center to expand inpatient and outpatient programs.
