Job summary

Health First Medical Group in Viera, Florida is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our outpatient cardiology team. You will evaluate patients, perform cardiovascular assessments, and participate in clearances and treatment planning with a supportive mentor.

This full-time position offers meaningful autonomy, close physician collaboration, and a pathway for professional growth within a growing cardiovascular program serving the Space Coast community.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.
• Cardiology experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Able to practice independently while collaborating with physicians.
• Eligible for Florida licensure and credentialing.

Health First Medical Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing outpatient cardiology practice in Viera, Florida.

This is a great opportunity for an APP who enjoys autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and strong physician collaboration. You’ll work closely with a highly experienced cardiologist who is an excellent mentor, supportive teammate, and strong communicator.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and manage new and established cardiology patients
• Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments
• Conduct cardiac clearance evaluations
• Review diagnostic testing and develop treatment plans
• Provide patient education and ongoing cardiovascular management
• Collaborate closely with the cardiologist and broader care team
