Intermountain Health is seeking a General Cardiologist PRN in Butte, MT. The role involves outpatient clinic work, inpatient rounding, and collaboration with our hospitalist team to deliver high-quality patient care.

The position offers travel reimbursement with compensation for call coverage and clinic shifts. MD or DO, Montana license, and Interventional Cardiology training are preferred.

Qualifications

• ACGME accredited residency in Interventional Cardiology.
• Active Montana medical license or ability to obtain one.
• BLS certification and DEA.
• Ability to perform diagnostic cath and pacemaker procedures may be required.

General Cardiologist PRN- Butte, MT

About this role:

As aPhysician in General Cardiology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. This role also involves mostly outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and working with our hospitalist team.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• You will practice at Intermountain Medical Group & St. James Hospital in Butte, MT


• This is a PRN position that will include travel reimbursement, $1080 for 24 hour call shift coverage, and $2400 per 8 hour clinic ($300 per hour) shift coverage


• Clinic volume is about 15-20 patients per day

• ABMS board certification or eligibility in Interventional Cardiology

• Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Will consider candidates who can perform diagnostic cath and pacemakers in addition to non-invasive candidates
