Job summary

Beverlin Manufacturing is hiring for multiple General Auxiliary & Machine Operator roles in Grand Rapids, MI. The team emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork on a 4-day schedule (Mon-Thu) with a first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Occasional overtime is available based on customer needs, creating a stable, long-term fit. Roles include general operators, roll form, laser, and other machine operators. No prior specific experience is required beyond a safety mindset and reliability;

• Follow work instructions and production requirements.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Actively seek process and workflow improvements.
• Support team and assist the Team Lead/Supervisor as needed.

• General Auxiliary Team Members
• Roll Form Operators
• Laser Operators
• Other Machine Operators

Primary Responsibilities

• Work safely with tools, equipment, and materials
• Ensure quality parts are produced by monitoring coil quality, weld quality, and cut quality
• Follow work instructions and production requirements
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Actively seek improvements in processes and workflow
• Support team members and carry out tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Supervisor

Work Schedule

Beverlin operates a 4-day workweek (Monday‑Thursday), with 1st shift 6 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Option overtime is available on Fridays (based on customer needs).

• Mechanical aptitude
• Accurate use of measuring equipment (calipers, ring/plug/GNG, pi tape, tape measure, linear gauge)
• Experience in sheet metal rolling or fabrication
