Job summary

Beverlin is hiring for multiple General Auxiliary & Machine Operator roles in Grand Rapids, MI. Join a team producing perforated metal tubes and fabricated components with a strong quality mindset and a focus on safety.

We offer a 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu) with 1st shift 6 a.m.–4 p.m. Overtime Fridays may be available to meet customer needs. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Position Overview

We are hiring for multiple roles within our production team, including:

• General Auxiliary Team Members
• Roll Form Operators
• Laser Operators
• Other Machine Operators

Primary Responsibilities

• Work safely with tools, equipment, and materials
• Ensure quality parts are produced by monitoring coil quality, weld quality, and cut quality
• Follow work instructions and production requirements
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Actively seek improvements in processes and workflow
• Support team members and carry out tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Supervisor

Work Schedule

Beverlin operates a 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday), with 1st shift 6 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Option overtime is available on Fridays (based on customer needs).

• Accurate use of measuring equipment (calipers, ring/plug/GNG, pi tape, tape measure, linear gauge)
• Experience in sheet metal rolling or fabrication
