Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to analyze complex Legal Issues and provide sound Legal Advice.
• Experience or coursework in Administrative Law, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks and government procedures.
• Advanced Research skills for case law, statutes, regulations, and legal commentary.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus).
• Experience in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas (estate planning, business law, civil litigation, bankruptcy, or real estate).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated professionalism, ethical judgment, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment and maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities
