Brunswick Boat Group is seeking an Assembler to join the Lowe Boats team in Missouri. You will assemble aluminum boats and sub-assemblies, using jigs and fasteners, and work across bench, boat, or shop-floor setups.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and teamwork within a high-volume production environment. Ideal candidates will be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow blueprints while using drills and rivet guns to complete assemblies with precision.

• Self-starter with strong safety awareness.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous boat assembly experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble aluminum boats and sub-assemblies at bench, in boat, or on shop floor.
• Fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, and other fasteners following blueprints or instruction.
• Operate drills, punches, air tools, and riveting machines to support assembly processes.
• Install seats, bases, pedestals, consoles, cables, controls, graphics and related components.
• Adhere to Brunswick quality systems and safety procedures.

See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:Position Overview:As part of the talented Lowe Boats team as an Assembler, you will assemble aluminum boats and / or sub-assemblies, partially or completely, working at bench, or in a boat, or on shop floor.At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.Essential Functions:Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints.Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners. Using jigs, and gluing.Removes small quantities of metal with hand files and shears to produce close fit between parts.Operates drill presses, punch presses, air tools or riveting machines to assist in assembly operation.Installs seats, bases, pedestals, consoles, cables, controls, graphics, etc.Responsible for following the quality systems procedures.Other duties as assignedDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for 2% annual productivity bonus.At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.
