Brunswick Corporation, a global leader in marine recreation, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM). The role involves rotating through cells, maintaining clean work areas, and recording production data.

You will operate CNC and welding as needed, use hand tools, and inspect results to ensure quality. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of general work experience, and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of general work experience; manufacturing preferred.
• Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical ability and ability to operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools.
• Experience with ISO, Quality Management Systems, Lean is a plus.
• Six Sigma and 5S knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Rotate through a variety of cells and demonstrate proficiency.
• Occasionally fill in as Operator in CNC and Weld.
• Use a variety of hand tools, fixtures and test equipment.
• Visually inspect production run and document results.
• Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and area.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Participate in departmental improvement projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

As part of the talented Manufacturing team, you will be required to rotate to different stations as needed. Maintain safe & clean work areas, keep production records using paper/computers and demonstrate corporate values of Teamwork, Respect, Determination and Passion. Essential Functions

Working Conditions

• Standing up to 8 hours per day
• Constantly walking from cell to cell
• Occasionally lifting not up to 50 lbs
• Manufacturing environment
• 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday 2pm – 12:30am.
• The position will require physical strength, agility, dexterity and standing for extended periods

The anticipated pay range for this position is $20.47, hourly.

The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.

Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
