You will learn to read blueprints, measure, cut, and fit materials, and assemble components using hand and power tools. This is a hands-on role with stability and career growth.

Qualifications

  • No manufacturing experience required; willingness to learn.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Willingness to work 50+ hours with overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Read blueprints and production drawings.
  • Assemble structural components using hand and power tools.
  • Measure, cut, and fit materials to specifications.
  • Perform quality inspections and follow safety procedures.
  • Support a team to hit daily production goals.
