Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking an Assembler 1, General in Sumter, South Carolina for a 12-month assignment. The role operates, optimizes, and changes over production equipment to meet quality and yield targets on a 12-hour shift (8am–8pm) with a 3-2-2-3 rotation.

The position offers pay of $15.90 per hour, requires eye exams, and does not require drug screening; work hours and shift subject to business needs and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment with the Sharps Department, meeting quality, productivity, waste, and safety.
• Operate all packaging equipment, ensuring that product is properly packed and labeled per specification.
• Participate as a team associate in activities required to ensure successful daily operations of the Sharps Department.
• Performs general housekeeping duties throughout shift.
• Notifies technical personnel of equipment malfunctions.
• Utilizes Batch Numbers as assigned in SAP.
• Stamps Batch Numbers on shelf cartons and case cartons with correct product and batch information.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor and required to support the needs of the business.

• Performs general housekeeping duties throughout shift.


• Observes all safety and environmental procedures and Quality Systems Requirements (QSR).
