Job Description: Performs any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.

Pay Rate: $15.50 with a $1.50 shift differential.

Requirements:

• No drug screening is required for this job assignment.
• Candidate must be able to lift up to 50lbs, unassisted. Required.
• Candidate start job assignment while background checks are pending once all criminal background checks have been completed.
• Must pass eye exam before new hires can start - Eye exam will be required contingent upon a hire.
• This role requires 20/30 vision with or without corrective lenses; and/or the successful completion of a color vision exam.
• Candidates with previous work experience in a manufacturing work environment will have first preference.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis. Has good attention to detail. Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment. Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.

Shift schedule: H Shift work schedule- 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off. Weekends included.
