Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment with the Sharps Department, meeting quality, productivity, waste, and safety goals.
• Operate all packaging equipment, ensuring proper packing and labeling per specification.
• Participate as a team member to ensure successful daily operations of the Sharps Department.
• Maintain accurate production, downtime and quality check records.
• Notify technical personnel of equipment malfunctions.
• Utilize Batch Numbers as assigned in SAP.
• Stamps Batch Numbers on shelf and case cartons with correct product and batch information.
• Perform general housekeeping duties throughout shift.
• Observe all safety and environmental procedures and Quality Systems Requirements (QSR).
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor to support business needs.
