Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group in Mesa, AZ is seeking a hands-on team member to prep chassis, install electrical systems and accessories, and support overall vehicle assembly.

This hourly non-exempt role pays $20.00–$25.00 per hour and requires a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to read a tape measure, and comfort with hand and power tools. Join a company that values safety, quality, and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing, autobody, mechanical work, or service tech roles preferred.
• Basic wiring knowledge (cutting, stripping, connecting wires).

Responsibilities

• Prepare chassis for truck body installation.
• Install bodies, bumpers, wiring, and accessories per specs.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
