Virginia Paving Company is seeking a full-time seasonal worker to support asphalt paving and road construction projects. Training will be provided, and overtime is available for hourly employees.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma and a valid driver's license; strong communication and safety awareness are essential for coordinating with site supervisors and crews.

General Description

Previous experience working with hot mix asphalt or in road construction, is preferred, though training will be provided for the right candidate. Please, see key duties below for detailed descriptions of common tasks. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in the road construction and asphalt paving industry.
