Qualifications

• General Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs providing care at two hospitals located 15 minutes apart.
• No open-heart procedures and a diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, spine, ENT, OB, pediatrics, neurosurgery, IR, and more.
• Emphasis on exceptional work‑life balance with ample vacation and autonomy in case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for patients at MercyOne Waterloo and MercyOne Cedar Falls Medical Centers.
• Maintain a high level of autonomy while collaborating with CRNAs and other anesthesia staff to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
