Qualifications

• MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - required
• Active Ohio medical license or ability to obtain prior to start - required
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills - required
• Comfortable supervising CRNAs in a high volume environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high quality patient centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide general anesthesia for bariatrics and routine cases in a high-volume setting.
• Lead and supervise CRNAs to ensure safe, efficient perioperative care.
• Collaborate with surgeons and staff to optimize anesthesia plans and patient outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
