Job summary

Bowhead is seeking a General and Operations Manager for Hawaii Support Services (HSS) to join our team supporting the NUWCDIVKPT detachment in Oahu. You will lead a diverse logistics program, oversee turnover and receiving, and ensure compliance with Navy regulations and contract requirements.

Bachelors degree and 10+ years of technical program/project management experience are required. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required.
• Required ten (10) years of professional experience in technical program/project management with projects of increasing complexity and shall reflect demonstrated abilities in managing a diverse mix of technical requirements.
• Desired experience in program/project management experience across dispersed geographic areas.
• Basic level skills in Microsoft Office software suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

This is a proposal effort the target rates for the contract are from $61.60 to $100 hour depending on the role and commensurate with experience.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
