The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring in-office presence three days a week.

Required: a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 3 years in accounting with GL/reconciliation experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing complex accounting activities requiring the preparation of various financial reports for distribution to management and other authorized personnel; maintaining financial records on income, medical expenses and administrative expenses; preparing data supporting the analysis of financial statements, and assisting in the planning and preparation of the divisional budget.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• 3 years experience in accounting/financial department with emphasis on general ledger and account reconciliation.
• Experience with accounting software applications.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.

This role is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Randolph Street

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range

$47,500.00 - $86,000.00
