Job Responsibilities

Scope of Position: Manages the timely and accurate reporting of financial information and ensures all business transactions conform to the established procedures. Maintains general ledger and company interface to ensure accounting accuracy and analyzes and verifies accuracy of financial transactions. Creates journal entries, reconciles sub‑ledgers, prepares financial statements and monthly/quarterly reporting. Liaises with auditors, financial institutions and government revenue agencies as required and prepares government returns.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing or high‑volume production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting functions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring accuracy.
  • Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Knowledge of government reporting requirements and tax filings is preferred.
