Qualifications

• B.S. engineering, packaging science, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in labeling and packaging within a manufacturing organization.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Understand principles of labeling and packaging for drug products, including interactions of chemistry, equipment, aseptic processes, and container closure systems.
• Provide technical oversight for labeling and packaging materials.
• Lead technical evaluations and root-cause investigations, and support start-up activities such as tech transfer and process validation.
• Develop and implement technical agenda for labeling and packaging processes at LP2 site.
• Serve as technical interface external to the LP2 site and support external collaborations.
