Job summary

Crowe invites motivated students in the United States to join our AI Functional team within the Consulting Practice. You will help clients explore and implement Generative AI solutions that improve operations, customer and employee experiences, and data-driven decisions.

You’ll analyze processes, translate business needs into actionable tech specs, and contribute to rapid, collaborative delivery with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applications across industries.
• Understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly AI and Power Platform.
• Solid understanding of product and software development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to document business, functional, and non-functional requirements that are clear, testable, and traceable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions to define project objectives and uncover AI use cases.
• Collaborating with clients to assess feasibility of AI initiatives, guiding prioritization and alignment with outcomes.
• Contributing to user stories, requirements analysis, testing plans, and documentation for collaboration between teams.
• Supporting proof-of-concept efforts, data exploration, and solution viability testing.
