Job summary

Sia seeks an experienced Generative AI Specialist to design and implement GenAI/LLM solutions across industries. You will bridge data science, ML, and platform teams to deliver business-focused AI value, guiding clients on cost-effective paths via RAG, agents, or fine-tuning.

Your responsibilities extend to architecting robust AI products, benchmarking, prototyping, and validation, ensuring performance, security, and scale while addressing infra challenges.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in ML, software engineering, or data science with GenAI projects.
• Experience with LLMs and Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• LLM/GenAI system development: design, train, fine-tune, and deploy models leveraging LLMs and other generative techniques.
• Assist in solution architecture: support the GenAI Solution Architect in designing robust, scalable applications.
• Develop GenAI-powered applications meeting business needs and compliant with regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, licenses).
• Advanced prompting: design and optimize prompts (few-shot, Chain/Tree/Graph of Thought, ReAct, etc.).
• RAG implementation: design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures with traceability.
• Model selection & fine-tuning: select and fine-tune models including multimodal ones.
