Job summary

Sia in New York is expanding its Generative AI consulting practice and seeks motivated recent graduates to join as GenAI Consultants. You will design, build, and deploy LLM-powered solutions that create tangible value for clients across industries.

This hands-on role covers architecture, prototyping, production deployment, evaluation, and iteration. You will work with senior architects, apply RAG, prompt engineering, and MLOps, while growing your skills in cloud platforms and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
• Recent graduate within 2 years.
• Familiarity with at least one GenAI framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI/LLM solutions using models like GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral.
• Support GenAI Solution Architect in robust, scalable apps.
• Develop GenAI-powered applications meeting business needs and regulatory requirements.
