Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, testing, and improvement of GPTs, AI-powered workflows, and agent-based solutions.
• Assist with prompt engineering and documentation of prompting patterns and use cases.
• Maintain standards, best practices, and internal documentation for AI tools and automation platforms.
• Provide hands-on support to internal users; troubleshoot AI-enabled tool issues.
