Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in technology, software, digital innovation, or related roles.
• Strong interest in generative AI, automation, and modern software platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL to support data exploration and prototyping; reading/modifying scripts with guidance.
• Experience with data analysis using advanced Excel features used for reporting and pilots.
• Experience coordinating with vendors on licenses, contracts, or service delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Investment Bank and Capital Markets & Advisory function in AI/tooling initiatives.
• Design, develop, test, and improve GPTs, AI-powered workflows, and agent-based solutions over time.
• Assist with prompt engineering and documentation of prompting patterns.
• Maintain standards and internal docs for AI tools, automation, and innovation platforms.
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot AI-enabled tools for internal users.
• Deliver role-specific training to finance professionals.
• Contribute to innovation roadmaps via research and execution support.
• Analyze tech trends and vendor offerings for experimentation and value.
• Generate insights to improve internal tech offerings and growth areas.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting for pilots and outcomes.
• Create presentation materials for leadership updates.
• Facilitate meetings and capture notes, actions, follow-ups.
• Draft concise summaries/reports on technology topics or pilot results.
• Contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and ideation efforts.
