Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI/GenAI architecture, standards, and roadmaps.

Role Summary

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions across Banking, Wealth, Payments, Risk, Operations, and Technology functions. Drive AI strategy, build reusable AI platforms, and deliver business transformation while ensuring security, governance, regulatory compliance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI/GenAI architecture, standards, and roadmaps.
• Design and deliver GenAI, RAG, multi-agent, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Architect AI platforms leveraging LLMs, vector databases, model orchestration, and reusable AI services.
• Lead Business, Operations and Tech AI use cases across KYC, AML, Fraud, Wealth Advisory, Operations, Contact Center, SDLC, and Developer Productivity
• Establish AI governance, Responsible AI, model risk management, security guardrails, and observability frameworks.
• Partner with CTOs, Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to take AI solutions from concept to production.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams on AI best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

AI / GenAI

• Hands-on experience with GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Model Evaluation.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or Google ADK.

Engineering

• Strong hands-on Python (mandatory), Java, FastAPI, REST APIs.
• Enterprise architecture expertise in Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka, API-first design, and distributed systems.

AI/ML & Cloud

• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, MLOps, LLMOps.
• Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock.
• Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub, CI/CD, Terraform, Cloud Security.

Banking Domain

• Experience in Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, Payments, Capital Markets, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, KYC, AML, or Fraud.

Preferred

• Experience building enterprise AI platforms, AI Factories, Agent Marketplaces, or Agentic AI solutions
• Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Model Risk Management in regulated financial institutions.
• Experience leading global teams and executive stakeholder engagement.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $170,000 per year
