Job summary

AWS is seeking a genAI/ML Solutions Architect to help US customers design GenAI pipelines using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and other AWS AI/ML services. You will collaborate with field SAs, sales, and service teams to enable large-scale use cases and drive adoption of AI solutions across the Americas.

Travel up to 30% may be required. You will contribute to white papers, reference architectures, and presentations, and serve as the voice of the customer to drive product improvements with AWS

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers’ development and data science teams to deeply understand business and technical needs and design optimal AWS-based GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with SAs, Sales, Business Development and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue attainment for SageMaker and related GenAI services in the Americas.
• Evangelize AWS ML services and share best practices through forums, blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public speaking events like AWS Summit and re:Invent.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers and AWS SageMaker or other service teams to relay customer-driven product feedback.
• Develop and support an internal AWS GenAI community of subject matter experts across the Americas.
