Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior AI leader to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that scale AI adoption across Navy Federal Credit Union. You will design and implement cutting-edge AI systems using large language models to solve complex business problems.

Collaborate with ETS and Business partners to build AI solutions, and provide delivery and ongoing support for data science, advanced analytics, and augmented intelligence technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Stats/Eng or related field.
• 7–10 years of AI experience.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM workflows, RAG, grounding and safety controls.
• Experience establishing AI standards and scalable enablement mechanisms.
• Proven track record using GenAI code assistants to boost developer productivity with measurable value.
