Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years Python development with NumPy/Pandas.
• 2+ years GenAI/LLM technologies knowledge.
• Experience building AI/ML applications with Python.
• Hands-on with LangChain, embeddings, vector databases, or RAG.
• Experience with FastAPI/Flask/Django.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Strong MongoDB and Neo4j experience.
• REST APIs, microservices, and cloud services integration.
• GCP knowledge and cloud AI/ML services.
• Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and optimize Generative AI and ML solutions in Python.
• Develop and integrate LLM-based applications including conversational AI and RAG.
• Work with LangChain, embeddings, vector databases, and GenAI platforms.
• Build production-ready AI applications using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Integrate AI/ML into enterprise apps via APIs and microservices.
• Apply ML techniques with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Prepare datasets and preprocessing; evaluate and retrain models.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership through all lifecycle phases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist with estimation and planning.
