Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
• 5+ years of strong Python development and production-quality applications.
• Experience consuming and integrating enterprise systems via APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled applications, workflows, and services.
• Build AI agents, copilots, and automation solutions using enterprise platforms and tools.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications and data sources via APIs and service integrations.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to implement business requirements.
• Support proof-of-concept, pilot, and production AI initiatives.
• Participate in model evaluation, prompt optimization, and solution testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI applications and integrations.
• Contribute to reusable components, templates, and engineering best practices.
• Support production deployments and ongoing operational activities.
• Document technical designs, implementation details, and operational procedures.
