Job summary

Genesis10 is seeking a Generative AI Python Developer in Jersey City, NJ for a 12+ month contract to build next-gen GenAI platforms. You will design, build, and manage reusable GenAI/RAG tools and scalable AI utilities across large multi-repo codebases.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Python/OOP, GenAI lifecycle experience, and hands-on MLOps, deployment and API integration skills. This role offers strong collaboration, DevOps practices, and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Python OOP with strong development skills.
• Experience in AI/ML/GenAI lifecycle and tooling.
• Hands-on with MLOps, fine-tuning, and inference frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage reusable GenAI/RAG tooling.
• Ensure apps meet functional, non-functional, and compliance needs.
• Develop utilities, automation, and data science platforms for AI/ML.
• Collaborate across large multi-repo teams with CI/CD/CT.
• Build and deploy GenAI inferencing platforms with open-source tools.
• Maintain quality culture and drive innovation and experimentation.
• Research new tools for better UI/UX in analytics platforms.
