Job summary

Uber is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex GenAI programs, bridging technical delivery with operational execution. You will architect MT/LLM pipelines, implement RLAIF/RLHF strategies, and ensure alignment with global localization and governance standards.

You will collaborate with LocOps and LM Engineering teams, draft PRDs, and drive tool enhancements. Strong Python and SQL skills, plus MLOps experience, are essential. Some telecommuting may be possible, with in-office cadence required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with LLMs, prompting, and model alignment frameworks.
• Proven ability to design automated evaluation pipelines.
