Job summary

Protegrity is seeking a Product Manager for GenAI to shape how conversational assistants, policy advisors, and agentic solutions appear inside Protegrity’s installed products, turning complex security and compliance needs into trusted customer experiences.

You will work with engineering, design, and customers to validate ideas early and bring them to market with rigor, shaping responsible GenAI product development at Protegrity.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in product management for enterprise software or security solutions.
• Experience delivering AI-driven user experiences in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and OWASP.
• Ownership of the full product lifecycle from ideation and PRDs/user stories through development, QA, launch, and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the roadmap for user-facing GenAI features, including conversational assistants, policy advisors, and agentic solutions, embedded across Protegrity’s cloud and on-prem products.
• Partner with customers and design partners to validate new features and accelerate adoption.
• Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
• Define and track success metrics tied to sales growth, retention, and user satisfaction.
