You will decompose complex processes, design agentic architectures, and lead cross‑functional delivery from discovery to production, with emphasis on secure-by-design practices and human‑in‑the‑loop governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years overall experience and 3+ years in AI/ML with hands-on agentic/LLM-based systems.

Aufgaben

• Decompose end-to-end processes and map current-state flows for automation.
• Architect agentic solutions including task decomposition, orchestration, data access, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Translate inventions into buildable AI workflows with prompts, MCP/connectors, and integration requirements.
• Prototype and build agentic solutions, validating value before full delivery.
• Engineer trust and control with testable human-in-the-loop controls and least-privilege permissions.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with IT, security, platform engineers, and EPMO for production release.
• Measure value, capture baselines, and codify patterns into reference flows and playbooks.
• Mentor engineers and grow the network of agentic champions.
