Capgemini Invent is seeking a Product Manager to define, develop, and deliver AI-enabled products and services. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, shaping vision, requirements, roadmaps, and delivery.

You will lead workstreams, drive stakeholder alignment, and apply product management best practices to enable customer-centered solutions that create measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy including core AI and GenAI concepts and how they apply to enterprise transformation.
• Identify and support AI-enabled opportunities to improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness.
• Collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions.
• Demonstrate responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define product visions, roadmaps, and priorities aligning customer needs with business objectives.
• Lead product discovery, ideation, requirements gathering, and delivery across digital and physical products.
• Develop user stories, epics, MVPs, and release plans to support product execution.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to deliver customer-centered solutions.
• Use research, analytics, and market insights to guide decisions and prioritization.
• Apply Agile frameworks to accelerate product outcomes and delivery.
• Support launches, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
