Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an AI Lead Engineer to shape the GenAI and Agentic AI roadmap, architect scalable platform components, and mentor a team of engineers. You will oversee multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and model tooling, while driving performance, security, and governance across enterprise deployments.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in software and 3+ years in leadership, strong Python skills, and deep expertise in LLMs, embedding, and prompt tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience building scalable, distributed systems.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role guiding architecture and design decisions.
• Deep hands-on expertise in LLMs, including inference, embeddings, and RAG.
• Experience with agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and secure AI practices.
• Strong Python programming; Java or similar language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision, roadmap, and architecture for GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Lead design and implementation of core GenAI platform components and AI agents.
• Drive optimization of latency, throughput, and cost across model families.
• Mentor engineers and promote governance, security, and observability.
