You will engineer workflows, judgment frameworks, and validation tools to enable production-quality code generation from LLMs, accessible to multiple engineering teams across the company. The role emphasizes expert judgment, responsible automation, and scalable patterns, with a focus on governance, security, and quality validations as part of the GenAI stack.

Qualifications

• Adopt new development paradigms and apply them to real problems, including GenAI-driven development and automation.
• Clear communication across engineers, leaders, and quality engineering.
• 8+ years of prior software engineering experience.
• 1 year defining and evolving GenAI development automation, templates, and workflow patterns.
• 1 year building, acquiring, and specing validation tools for GenAI-first development.
• 1 year designing and running experiments that push the limits of the approach and define metrics.
• 1 year building compliance, security, and quality validations into automation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve GenAI development automation, templates, and workflow patterns encoding SDLC best practices.
• Build or specify validation tools and perform build-vs-buy analyses for GenAI-first development.
• Design and run experiments to push GenAI limits and define helpful metrics.
• Integrate compliance, security, and quality validations into the automation with stakeholders.
• Scale new patterns and orchestration designs across teams in the organization.
• Define the GenAI operating model and engagement with vertical teams.
