Alice is seeking a GenAI Cyber Red Team Expert to adversarially test and strengthen safety guardrails in GenAI systems focused on industrial environments. You will push defenses around SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and critical infrastructure, using deep OT security know-how and AI safety expertise.

You’ll design advanced adversarial scenarios, evaluate safety gaps, and document findings for remediation. A strong background in red-teaming, OT protocols, and risk analysis is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be US-based and authorized to work (excluding IL, TX).
• Deep industrial cybersecurity expertise: SCADA/OT, industrial protocols, and PLCs.
• GenAI red‑teaming experience or aptitude: prompts, jailbreak research, multi‑turn testing.

Responsabilités

• Run rigorous red‑teaming of GenAI models across SCADA/IC… scenarios to probe guardrails.
• Design adversarial prompts, jailbreaks, and multi‑turn evaluations for industrial hacking scenarios.
• Evaluate model manipulation risks such as payload generation, ladder logic exploitation, and high-risk workflows.
• Document failure modes, classify severity, and report findings to safety/alignment teams.
• Build repeatable test suites, adversarial datasets, and risk taxonomies; stay current on threats.
