Job summary

Sciemo, Inc. is seeking a senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy LLM- and agent-based systems at the core of its AI-powered consumer brand platform.

You will own end-to-end systems, including prompt architecture, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring, in a founding-level role. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product leads to ground AI in customer data, ensure reliability at scale, and deliver measurable business value for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record launching LLM- or agent-based products into production.
• Strong production-grade Python and GenAI tooling experience.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks, tool use, structured output, RAG and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy LLM- and agent-based products on cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar).
• Design multi-agent systems, tool use, and orchestration patterns for complex workflows.
• Build retrieval and grounding pipelines over customer data (graph-based and hybrid retrieval).
• Create automated pipelines for deployment, prompt/model versioning, and performance monitoring.
• Develop evaluation frameworks (offline, online, human-in-the-loop) for non-trivially graded outputs.
• Ensure reliability: fallbacks, guardrails, latency control, graceful degradation.
• Translate business problems into AI solutions with measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to deliver impact.
