Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a GenAI/ML Solutions Architect in the United States, with Boston coverage, to help customers design and adopt GenAI/ML solutions on Bedrock, SageMaker, and Nova. You will architect RAG pipelines and agentic AI workflows while collaborating with field teams.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with foundation models, math/statistics background, and strong communication with executives. Travel is ~20–30% for workshops and AWS events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains (software, cloud, systems, infra, security, data & analytics).
• 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• Technical role experience within a sales organization.
• 5+ years IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.
• Experience with end-user or developer communities.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience architecting/operating AWS-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for customers using AWS AI/ML services across Bedrock, SageMaker, Nova, and more.
• Partner with SAs, Sales, BD to accelerate adoption and revenue in the Americas.
• Evangelize AWS GenAI/ML services through blogs, whitepapers, and public events.
• Serve as technical liaison to provide customer-driven feedback to Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker teams.
• Develop internal GenAI expert community and help teams position opportunities.
