Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a GenAI/ML Solutions Architect to help US customers design solutions using Bedrock, SageMaker AI, and Nova models. You will work with field teams across multiple verticals to architect and adopt AI/ML deployments at scale, including RAG pipelines and agentic AI workflows.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, deliver workshops, write reference architectures, and publish best practices to accelerate customer adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technology domains (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures

Responsibilities

• Design GenAI/ML solutions for customers using AWS services (Bedrock, SageMaker AI, Nova models)
• Collaborate with SAs, Sales, and service teams to accelerate adoption and revenue in AMERICAS
• Evangelize GenAI/ML services through blogs, reference architectures, and workshops
• Act as technical liaison between customers and AI/ML service teams for feedback and feature requests
