Job summary

Amazon.com is seeking a GenAI/ML Solutions Architect within AWS Global Sales to help US customers design scalable GenAI/ML solutions using Bedrock, SageMaker, Nova models, and related services. You will work with field Sales teams across verticals, architecting RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, and responsible AI practices while delivering workshops and reference implementations.

You will collaborate with service teams to drive customer adoption, produce blog posts and demos, and shape product

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, data & analytics)
• 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• Experience in a technical sales-enabled role is a plus
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS

Responsibilities

• Design GenAI/ML solutions for customers using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Nova models and related services
• Collaborate with field SAs, Sales, Business Development to accelerate adoption in the AMERICAS
• Lead thought leadership through blogs, reference architectures, sample code and public events
• Act as liaison between customers and AI/ML service teams for product feedback
• Develop internal GenAI communities to enable field teams and position opportunities
• Travel up to 20–30% for workshops and executive briefings
