Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Machine Learning Solutions Architect (ML SA) to be the subject matter expert for helping customers in the AMERICAS design solutions that leverage our ML services. You will work with customers across multiple industries to enable large-scale GenAI use cases, design ML pipelines, and drive adoption of AWS AI/ML platforms.

As part of the team, you will interact with other SAs, provide guidance on engagements, and develop white papers, blogs, and reference implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• Experience in a technical role within a sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Working with customers' development and data science teams to deeply understand their business and technical needs and design solutions using AWS AI/ML services.
• Partner with SAs, Sales, Business Development and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue in AMERICAS for SageMaker and GenAI services.
• Thought Leadership - evangelize AWS ML services through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS SageMaker or other service teams to provide customer-driven feedback.
