Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking an AI Scientist to design and deploy next-generation AI and ML systems that power our omnichannel marketing platform.

You will develop models and deploy them into our core product, collaborating with product managers to shape innovative AI experiences and drive customer impact. You will explore, develop, and deploy ML models, apply a range of ML techniques, collaborate with PMs and engineers, work with large data sets, run regular A/B tests, and communicate results.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Operations Research or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience with modern AI/ML tools and Python + ML libraries.
• Experience with ML techniques including NLP, LLMs, recommender systems, and CV.

Responsibilities

• Explore, develop, and deploy machine learning models end-to-end.
• Apply supervised, unsupervised, RL, NLP, GenAI methods to improve personalization.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and designers on experiments and MVPs.
• Work with large datasets and train models.
• Run A/B tests, perform statistical analyses, and communicate results.
• Explore new AI tech, especially generative AI, and assess customer benefits.
