Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking an exceptionally experienced ML Engineer dedicated to GenAI and NLP initiatives. You will architect, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and AI systems to enhance business applications, while building scalable pipelines in cloud environments.

You will collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specs and clearly communicate outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years as an ML Engineer, with 1–2 years in Generative AI/NLP and strong AWS cloud experience.
• Proficient in Python and modern ML frameworks; familiarity with development IDEs and tooling.
• Hands-on GenAI: LLMs (GPT-4, Llama), RAG, LangChain, Vector DBs, Knowledge graphs, Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Architect, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and GenAI to improve business apps.
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and GPU-based inference systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into specs.
• Present AI methodologies and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate with offshore teams on project deliverables and timelines.
