Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced ML Engineer to architect, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models for business applications in a production cloud environment.

You will build scalable ML pipelines in AWS, collaborate with product and data science teams, and present results to stakeholders. Strong Python, DL framework experience, and GenAI proficiency are required, with a focus on safe, efficient AI systems.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years as ML Engineer with 1-2 years in GenAI/NLP and AWS.
• Strong Python skills and experience with DL frameworks (PyTorch/TF) and modern tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and GenAI techniques for business apps.
• Build and maintain high-performance ML pipelines and GPU-based inference in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate requirements into specs.
• Present AI methodologies and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Implement prompt engineering, adversarial testing, and model optimization for quality and safety.
• Stay updated with GenAI advancements and apply them to production systems.
• Coordinate with offshore teams on project deliverables and milestones.
