Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-facing role or internship.
• Understanding of Generative AI and its business applications.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure AI).
• Working knowledge of documenting business, user, and functional requirements.
• Awareness of software development lifecycles (Agile or Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitation of meetings with business stakeholders to refine project objectives.
• Participate in client engagements to understand and articulate client needs for GenAI.
• Assist in identifying AI use cases and align them with business goals.
• Draft user stories and acceptance criteria; support testing artifacts.
• Track project tasks and maintain documentation.
