Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Functional team member in its Consulting Practice to help clients explore and adopt Generative AI solutions that improve operations, experiences, and data-driven decision making.

You will define, shape, and support AI-driven business and technology solutions by analyzing client processes, goals, and data, and by collaborating with functional and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science or MIS.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft AI tools and Power Platform.
Experience documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training to define AI project objectives and use cases.
Assess feasibility of AI initiatives and guide prioritization to align with outcomes.
Contribute to user stories, requirements analysis, testing plans, and documentation.
Support proof-of-concept efforts, data exploration, and solution viability testing.
Assist in project planning, including effort estimation and timelines, with clear risk communication.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical specs for teams.
Improve internal methodologies and tools for AI delivery and client engagement.
Deliver training on GenAI capabilities and use cases.
