Cactus Communications is seeking accomplished physician-researchers to serve as Subject Matter Experts in Generative AI for medical research. The SME will support GenAI product development, validation, and evidence synthesis, collaborating with clinicians, engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and product managers to improve the quality and reliability of AI‑assisted medical workflows.

Qualifications

• MD degree with Internal Medicine specialization and active US license.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Advanced training (PhD/MPH/MS) in Clinical Research, Epidemiology, or Biomedical Informatics.
• Proven record of peer‑reviewed publications as first or senior author.
• Hands-on experience in RCTs, systematic reviews, or meta-analyses.
• PI experience desirable; familiarity with medical databases and data tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert guidance on GenAI-enabled study design and clinical research workflows.
• Evaluate GenAI outputs for scientific accuracy and adherence to CONSORT/PRISMA/GRADE.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and UX teams to define tests.
• Translate clinical requirements into design specs and evaluation metrics.
• Represent the organization in selected customer engagements.
