Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Business and Marketing Data Science Manager in Seattle to own outcomes and drive data-driven decisions. You will lead GenAI initiatives, define measurement frameworks, and present insights to senior stakeholders, shaping marketing spend and operational strategy.

This role requires strong leadership, deep domain expertise, and the ability to influence across teams. The position reports to the Seattle office, with a potential hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, CS, Economics, MBA or related field with 11 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Alternatively, Master’s degree with 9 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• 9 years of experience in applying quantitative methods to unstructured business challenges, developing statistical algorithms or optimization models, and leading data visualization pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI / GenAI algorithms and models to personalize platform capabilities for learners.
• Set measurement strategy and oversee the creation of dashboards to track solution deployment.
• Lead analysis and interpretation of data, providing technical feedback for analytical challenges.
• Direct the shift from tracking data to OKRs to drive outcomes; identify and resolve product gaps by analyzing user feedback and metrics.
• Define team OKRs and partner with Strategy & Operations and leadership; travel regionally >10%.
